A note from the designer.

The upcycled-organ-music-boxes are all unique and are made of what, we found out, was the last sheets of music we had with ornamentations like these. I first made these boxes at home as we had a garden filled with lavender, then they found good use in an organ showroom and then recently Richard posted a photo of our breakfast table and a box caught the eye of an organist on Facebook.

The boxes are a combination of up-cycled original material and my reproduction of the type; Organ printed on original blank pages of the 150 years old paper. Every box is unique and I produced a limited edition of fifty boxes. Be careful when you unfold the box with as the very old paper may tear then remove the strip from the adhesive tape in the bottom to assemble the box.
