Dear Tony,
I wanted to write to you to thank you for all your recent work on our Envoy 23 at St. Mary’s Church, Llansawel, Briton Ferry.
The addition of the new Sub - Woofer has totally transformed the sound of the pedal organ, and you can now “feel” the 16ft Open Wood and the 16ft pedal Trombone. Also, the software updates you carried out have really improved the overall feel of the instrument.

Secondly, your colleague Mr David Smith recently spent several hours with the instrument carrying out some tonal voicing alterations to the organ, which I have to say has made a tremendous difference not only to the organ itself, but also to its tonal presence within the building. The results are truly amazing and we now have an instrument that has been voiced to match the building’s acoustics (as any pipe organ builder would have done)

You are certainly fortunate in that you have the staff working with you who have the knowledge and experience to be able to carry out some absolutely fabulous tonal alterations which, in my opinion, has given us a digital organ with a sound and presence which is as close to the sound of a pipe organ that I have ever experienced.

I sent. Tony a message regarding an issue with our chapel organ, and he kindly phoned me back immediately. Working through the various steps to reset the instrument, the organ was now working! Dear Tony,
I can’t thank you enough for your fantastic service today. The organ sounds absolutely great and I’m very pleased with the choice. Your help in guiding me through the various stops and controls was very useful and now all that remains is for me to study the manual and do some practice. You were incredibly helpful on the phone. Not many people would have followed up an enquiry so quickly after the Christmas break, nor braved icy roads to drive 5 hours to a customer’s house.

After having spent several days in conversation with Church Organ World and it's managing director regarding the long term hire of an organ for one of the churches that I am responsible for, I have quickly come to the conclusion that the only credible provider of new digital organs has to be Viscount. After contacting Tony an authorised UK Viscount dealer, his service and final voicing by Jeremy Meagar surpassed all expectations.
