This installation of a Chorum 40S from the Chorum range St Peters Church Wapley revealed some remarkable architecture for us to enjoy. The churchwarden shared some key points in the history of the building with us. Immediately, the glory of the thirteenth-century tower predominates: with pierced stonework in the belfry windows

. The Altar Rails are composed of the fifteenth-century rood screen and the fine paneling to the Sanctuary is believed to have come from Bristol Cathedral. The first recorded priest is shown as being the Revd. Joachim in 1269.
