An interesting and unusual Organ Hire as the river Towy burst its banks.
Cyngerdd Dathlu 60 Mlynedd/60th Anniversary Concert. We were commissioned to install a Cadet Compact 40s Hire Organ for the Carmarthen Male voice choir at the Lyric Theatre. During the commissioning of the instrument, The River Towy burst its banks on to the high street. We quickly exited after the set up and bid a very fast retreat. It was several days later until we were able to recover the organ.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say a huge thank you for battling through the storm to install the Viscount Cadet in Carmarthen's Lyric Theatre the other weekend.
The instrument proved very versatile, provided great support for the massed choirs (at all dynamic levels), and attracted a deal of interest from audience members. It was also delightfully comfortable to play.
